Let Your Yoga Dance is a moving celebration of Spirit, where Joy and Fun meet Deep and Sacred. It is a unique healing modality in which yoga and dance are utilized as a vehicle to journey through the chakras. These 7 energy centers provide the foundation for this dance of yoga. The result is a blissful body, joyous heart, and quiet mind.
