Bruce Bailey is an avid yoga practitioner and teacher. His own practice started at a young age and has evolved through immersion in the different types of yoga that exist.
Today Bruce focuses his teachings on the styles of Naam Yoga and Shakti Naam Yoga.
Naam Yoga is physically and spiritually therapeutic and rehabilitative by merging the precise science of breath, sound, movement, and mudra therapy with the practical application of the laws of nature using the wisdom of Universal Kabbalah for total wellbeing.
The Shakti Naam Yoga practice allows the body to optimally express the blueprint of its DNA, bringing out the best version of the person practicing. Shakti Naam incorporates standing postures with deep rejuvenating breathing techniques to open the meridians (energy channels) and remove all blocks in the body. This is called the yoga of youth & immortality.
