Absolutely! There are several muscle tests, or “applied kinesiology” tests available that instantly reveal how the pendant and bracelet are working for you.
DEMONSTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Five 30 Second Before and After Muscle Tests to demonstrate effectiveness on the spot.
TEST 1 – Tip sideways
First, ask the person you are testing to cross one foot over the other and place his or her hands against their hips. You can have them place their hands like the picture below but its best to have their hands on their hips with clenched fists facing upwards (finger nails facing towards the ceiling) to avoid injury to the wrist when pressing down.
Next, place your fist (as if you were holding a hammer) on top of the subject’s clenched fist that is held against his or her hip on the opposite side of where their leg is crossed. Make sure you keep your hand in the form of a hammer – fist with your thumb facing upwards rather than push the subject with an open hand to avoid inadvertently pulling their arm outwards rather than straight down.
Ask the subject to stand like a toy soldier with their wrist frozen against their hip as if they were made of steel and not let any portion of their body move…especially their fist and back…as you SLOWLY continune to apply increased pressure down on their fist. Again, you want to push down on their fist NOT their wrist to avoid pulling them outwards. You can let them know that it is preferred that they end up having to move their crossed leg back to a normal standing position than allow any other part of their body to move.
You want to apply pressure straight down on the person’s wrist (do not pull outwards) slowly on one side of their body only until the crossed leg uncrosses under the weight of your pressure.
Next, have the subject place the energy bracelet or -pendant on and try the exact same test. Notice how much increased pressure it will take in order to make the subject compensate by moving his or her crossed leg.
TEST 2 – Tip up and backwards
A second easy test is to have the subject hold his or her arms straight out in front of them with one hand placed on top of the hand beneath it so they are touching. Have them place their heels and toes together rather than have their legs apart. Next, ask them to hold their arms and back firm (straight arm, no bending of arms or back) as you push their hands upwards with your clenched fist.
Tell them you want to see how much pressure it takes as they resist your efforts to push their arms upwards with your fist before their toes lift off the ground. Make sure to tell them that their arms and body should not move or flex in any way as you apply pressure upwards. This will create a fulcrum effect as their body tilts backwards. See how much pressure it takes before their toes lift off the ground.
Next, have them put on the bracelet or pendant and try the same test. Notice how much increased pressure it will take in order to make the subject’s toes lift off the ground as they resist your efforts to push their arms upwards with your fist.

Test 3 – Push down to tip backwards
Stand straight with your heels and toes touching. Place both hands behind your back with fingers in an interlocking position. Keep your arms fully extended. Get a friend to press down with his or her fist on your interlocked fingers as you resist with all your strength. Make sure not to bend or flex your body in any way. If your friend is pushing down correctly, there will be a natural tendency for your toes to lift off
the ground. Repeat the test while wearing your pendant or bracelet. Notice how the pendant or bracelet will enable you to resist better, and be stronger while wearing it.
Test 4 – Flexibility Test
You can try a test with yourself but it only works on 50% vrs. 99% of people. Remove pendant. Place toes and heels together. Extend one arm straight out in front of you. If extending your right arm, keep it straight out in front of you and slowly start to turn or swivel your body to the right as far as you can go without moving feet. Mark the spot your extended arm stops at (points) at. Turn back facing forward again. Place pendant on. Do same test and mark the spot again. Note the difference.
Test 5 – Water Test
Once you have learned to do the other tests you can try the water test. It appears that the very water you drink can be charged with frequencies. Simply place a glass of water on top of the pendant (pendant is used like a coaster) and leave it there for 15 minutes. Before drinking the water, and without wearing a pendant, try any one of the muscle tests listed above. Then go ahead a drink the water that was in the glass resting on top of the pendant for 15 minutes. You may be surprised to find that you test strong on every test simply by “drinking the frequencies” which are absorbed instantly into your body. What a great tool for athletes working out!
